This book is a good start if you are a shy person and want to become more extroverted. If you are a social person already, don't bother. It is really well written.

This is ok. It gives some good tips but mostly it seems like they are things that worked for her personally. I didn't feel like these were well thought out for the average person.

These guidelines are written in an easy-going manner and can be readily applied into your professional and personal life without compromising your integrity or core nature. Like her other book I also listened to the audio book. As the other one her voice is just a headache!
She explains of how wonderful she is on and on and on... with some spices here and there about some tiny mistakes!!
It is still a book worth reading IF you have a lot of time...

This author is great. Great book...quick and easy read with easy tools to begin using immediately.
